Attorney Adam E. Parker began his legal career in a criminal courtroom. Adam served as a prosecutor for the State of Alabama for slightly under two years, but quickly progressed from handling misdemeanor cases, to sitting as lead trial counsel in felony jury trials. During his time at the District Attorney's Office, Adam sat as lead counsel or co-counsel in over fifty criminal jury trials, including a capital murder case.
Since going into the private practice of law, Adam has litigated several criminal cases in both Alabama and Georgia. Adam has experience handling cases from DUIs and drug cases, to violent felonies such as aggravated assault and attempted murder. Adam also has experience with "white collar" crime cases.
Though technically a civil action, Adam also has experience in forfeiture actions. Forfeiture proceedings are where law enforcement takes the property of an individual charged with a crime and seeks to have that property forfeited and condemned to the State. If you charged with a crime, or if the government has seized your property. Call attorney Adam E. Parker today to schedule a consultation.
